Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the information and links on jackthepot.uk. They do not replace the agreement you accept when opening a casino account or selecting a promotion. Read those account and offer terms before sending money or providing personal documents.

Age and location

Casino play is for adults aged at least 18, or the higher minimum age where they live. Registration also depends on the operator's country rules and local eligibility requirements.

Do not use false identity details, another person's payment method or location-masking tools to get around an eligibility restriction. If the casino rejects registration or restricts an account, contact its support team instead of attempting to bypass the decision.

Offers and game information

The welcome package and welcome cashback have different conditions. The selected offer's terms govern qualifying deposits, eligible play, deadlines and withdrawals. Keep a copy of the terms you accept.

Game, provider and reward availability can change. Gambling involves the risk of loss; neither a game description nor a promotion promises a profit.

External services and payments

Offer links open partner services and may lead to a different casino. They have their own account, payment and privacy terms. These pages do not accept deposits or process withdrawals. We may earn a commission from qualifying activity through partner links.

For a payment, bonus or account dispute, contact casino support with the transaction reference and relevant correspondence. See About JackThePot for operator information and the website contact.

Use of these pages

Do not interfere with the website, attempt to access private systems or use its name to impersonate support. Brand names and game artwork identify their respective products; viewing them does not transfer rights to reuse them. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

For offer details, see bonuses. For optional measurement, read privacy and cookies. For breaks or exclusion, visit responsible gambling.

Your questions, answered

What if an offer shown in my account differs from this page?

Read the account offer before accepting it and ask support about any material difference. Do not combine the percentage from one promotion with the cap or wagering conditions of another.

Does opening an offer link make a deposit?

No. Following a link is not a payment authorization. Review the destination and any payment instructions carefully before confirming a transaction.
